For Subaru, being a car company is just the beginning. Through the Subaru Love Promise, the automaker seeks to help make the world a better place by contributing to a diverse range of organizations of organizations and causes. At O'Steen Subaru of Valdosta, we share that vision and are passionate about being a positive contributor in our communities. We're grateful for the opportunity to use our resources to serve a variety of local charities and non-profits, like the Lowndes Education Improvement Foundation, The Community Foundation of South Georgia, Special Olympics Georgia, Boys and Girl Club Valdosta, Second Harvest, and the B.A.R.C. Humane Society.
Another organization we've developed a close partnership with is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. For the third year in a row, O'Steen Subaru has joined LLS to donate blankets and crafts kits for kids to the Pearlman Cancer Center at South Georgia Medical Center, which provides comprehensive cancer care to around 5,000 patients each year. As of 2022, Subaru has donated more than 200,000 blankets to patients in participating hospitals across the United States.
